By visiting and/or registering and/or accessing an Account on the Baskit Website or application, Users are deemed to accept and agree to all Privacy Terms and Terms of Service.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM USERS

The information we collect from our users falls into two categories:

Information you provide. Information in the form of personal data that you voluntarily provide when you register, order certain services, contact us, survey, participate in quizzes or provide an email address. Information that Baskit collects. We reserve the right to request identification or other documentation to verify your information as part of the registration process or at any time.

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

Register on Baskit
1. The Baskit website or application can be accessed publicly by completing the free registration process required to fully access the information and services offered.
2. Registration on the Baskit website or application is done by providing your name, cellphone number and/or e-mail address, and password. By registering and using the Baskit website or application, you are deemed to agree to our Membership Terms and Conditions.
Quizzes, Sweepstakes and Special Offers. Baskit collects personal information from users in connection with quizzes, sweepstakes or special offers from sponsors. If this information will be shared with third parties other than Baskit, we will notify you at the time of data collection. If you do not want your personal data or information to be with parties other than Baskit, you can refuse to take part in various sweepstakes, quizzes or other offers.
User Surveys and Market Research. Baskit may collect information from users on matters relating to user surveys and market research conducted. Promotions and Special Events. We may send information regarding various promotions and special events organized by sponsors or Baskit Partners. We will offer Users related promotions and special events, as well as notify them of the information needed and must be provided to sponsors or Baskit Partners.

Cookies and Other Technologies
1. When you use the Baskit website or application, we may place a number of cookies on your browser. Cookies are a piece of data stored on a User's browser or computer that contains information about the User.
2. Cookies are used to manage sessions on the Baskit website or application. To use the Baskit website or application, Users must enable cookies. The cookie we use is a session ID cookie, which means that when the user closes the browser, the cookie is deleted.
3. Baskit uses Cookies for the purpose of operating the Baskit website or application, recognizing and counting the number of visitors, as well as to improve and improve the quality of Baskit website or application services.

Processing all User-initiated requests, actions, and transactions on the Baskit Platform, up to and including product fulfillment
Statistical Analysis. Baskit can carry out statistical, demographic and marketing analysis of User Information including habits and usage patterns on websites or applications used for product development and provide recommendations to advertisers regarding User habits. This information is also used to provide information related to other products and services that we deem appropriate to the User's interests and targets. Baskit Partners may also share User information that is used for analytical purposes, including analysis to improve user relationships.
Baskit Products and Services. Baskit uses User information to provide information, products and services to you. Baskit may also provide information and offers on other products and services from Baskit that are shared internally. You can choose not to accept these offers.
Provide assistance with respect to technical or operational issues of the website and/or computer programs
Banner Ads. Demographic information and User preferences are used for the purpose of placing advertisements on our website or running our events more precisely. The advertisements displayed to Users are advertisements that match their demographic information and preferences so that advertisers can deliver messages only to the right targets for their products. This improves user experience and ad effectiveness. We only convey information to Baskit Partners in aggregate (entire) format.
To evaluate your application for a loan facility and/or to undertake a credit risk assessment in relation to applications for financial services and products, including credit facilities or loans, insurance, or credit cards (as applicable);
Baskit and our business partners (such as logistics providers, payment processors, and additional feature providers) will coordinate to provide Users with relevant information regarding order status, technical issues, and other matters related to the use of Baskit's services.
Actively monitor all transactions and conduct investigations into suspicious transactions, including those that violate our Terms and Conditions or applicable laws and regulations. The results of such monitoring and investigations will form the basis for Baskit to take appropriate action
Baskit may need to use or disclose User's Personal Data in certain situations, particularly for legal enforcement purposes or to comply with applicable regulatory obligations. This could occur in the context of disputes or legal proceedings between Users and Baskit, as well as in cases of suspected criminal activity such as fraud or data theft.

E-MAIL ADDRESS HANDLING POLICY

We will not share, sell, rent, exchange or authorize User information to Baskit Partners without the User's consent. If you feel you have received an e-mail from us in error, please contact support@baskit.app.
E-mail related to Accounts and Services. Baskit reserves the right to send you emails regarding your account status, including order confirmations, renewal/expiration notices, payment method problem notifications, other transactional e-mails and notices of comprehensive changes to our website and/or our Privacy Terms.
Email Newsletter. Baskit offers an e-mail newsletter facility which is sent to the User's email. If you no longer wish to receive a particular newsletter, please follow the "unsubscribe" steps located in the bottom corner of each newsletter e-mail.
Promotional E-mail. Baskit will regularly send e-mails containing offers of products and services that may be of interest to you. You can choose not to receive these messages in the future by following the "unsubscribe" instructions located at the bottom of each e-mail, or opting out of receiving this type of e-mail in your e-mail settings.
Routinely, Baskit obtains e-mail addresses sourced from third parties to send promotional e-mails by Baskit. You can choose not to receive these messages in the future by following the "unsubscribe" instructions located at the bottom of each e-mail, or opting out of receiving this type of e-mail in your e-mail settings.
E-mail Survey. We may send e-mails inviting you to participate in user surveys, asking about your feedback about Baskit and existing or under development products and services, as well as other information aimed at getting to know our users better. User surveys really help us in developing the Baskit Website. We will not provide User Information from these surveys to Baskit Partners, except in aggregate (entire) form.
HTML e-mail. When you register to receive e-mail from us, you can choose to receive e-mail in text or HTML (with images) format. If you choose HTML format, we will send an e-mail with an image in one pixel gif format to see if the recipient has opened the e-mail. This process does not leave any information behind or collect any information from your computer. Baskit only shares this data in aggregate (overall).
E-mail From You. If you send us an e-mail, you understand that the information contained in the e-mail may be known to other parties. We recommend that you be very careful in including personal or confidential information in e-mails. We will send a reply containing answers to the e-mail address you used to send us comments or questions.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you have registered with one of our site services, Baskit will not sell, rent, exchange, or authorize third parties to use your e-mail address or other information that personally identifies you without permission.
Baskit may share User Information with Baskit Partners or third parties in aggregate form.
We may disclose personal information to comply with a legal obligation or believe that such steps are necessary to:

2. protect and defend Baskit's copyright, property and security;

Regarding the use of User information for additional purposes, Baskit may disclose User information to:
1. Baskit’s affiliates
2. Baskit’s employees and consultants
3. Creators whose products are ordered by the User
4. Third-party payment providers selected by the User when purchasing products
5. Baskit’s business partners and service providers that provide operational services for Baskit
6. Other parties authorized by the User to receive disclosure of User Information from Baskit

INFORMATION PROTECTION AND SECURITY

We will provide all User information that Baskit collects with comparable protection and in line with our commitments under these Privacy Terms.
We will store all user information provided as long as you are still a user of the Baskit website or application or you are no longer a user of the Baskit website or application but do not provide confirmation to delete your information.
In the event that Baskit provides (or the User chooses) a password and/or One Time Password (OTP) that allows you to access certain parts of the Baskit website or application, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password. Baskit prohibits Users from sharing passwords with anyone.
To prevent data access by unauthorized parties, maintain data accuracy and ensure the proper use of information, we use physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect online.
Despite Baskit’s implementation of security measures to protect User Personal Data,the inherent risks associated with internet-based data transmission must be acknowledged. Baskit cannot guarantee the complete security of data transmitted to or from our systems. Users are advised that the transmission of any information is at their own risk.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to request that your information be deleted on the Baskit website or application or withdraw your consent for the collection, use or disclosure of your information by confirming in writing to the contact we have listed in these Privacy Terms.

Baskit is committed to processing Users' Personal Data accurately and completely. Users are expected to promptly inform Baskit of any changes or inaccuracies in their Personal Data recorded in our system. This is to ensure the smooth operation of the Baskit Platform.

Baskit may change or add to the privacy provisions of Baskit's policy at any time, to ensure that this policy can keep up with developments in Baskit's services and needs as well as changes in related legal provisions.
